In a particularly delicate and potentially controversial context, FB-Transmission was able to quickly finalise the acquisition of this former retirement home in Gaurain-Ramecroix by the EQSO network, which specialises in assisting the needy. 

While the former rest home – whose beds were removed in 2016 – is likely to house people with mental disabilities, the activity of the residency service is likely to continue on the site.
