When Mr and Mrs Hibo decided to sell their garden centre in Ollignies (Lessines), several options were considered. Given its prime location along a major road, a conversion of the shop could be considered, but this solution would have several drawbacks. 

It is therefore with a certain pride that Family Business Transmission was able to find a buyer in the sector, in the company Athemis, managed by Mr Jean Velghe and his wife Sabine Fontaine, who are thus opening their second garden centre. 

With the help of several members of his family, Jean Velghe plans to strengthen the Ollignies garden centre and expand its product range. 

Mr Hibo will continue his horticultural activity and looks forward to a fruitful collaboration with the acquirer.
