FB Transmission was delighted to support the shareholders of the real estate company Chantelauze in the sale of their shares to the family holding company Arboresens.

The Domaine de Chantelauze (1.5ha) is located in the heart of the village of Velaines – in Tournaisis – and consists of 26 modern rented accommodations, located in a rural, green area, on the edge of the Collines natural park and close to many services and amenities. The buildings, used as a public school until 2002, were subject to rehabilitation in 2006 and today form a beautiful building stock with outdoor spaces where life is good.

For the transferors, Mr. and Mrs. Leclercq, this operation is consistent with their desire for asset restructuring. The buyer is part of an Arboresens family holding company, represented by Mr. Quentin Saelens, a young multi-entrepreneur active in the fields of construction, HoReCa and real estate. He intends to continue management in the same spirit as that which has prevailed until now.
