FB Transmission supported the shareholders of Brasserie Lion in their search for a strategic partner. The operation closed in March 2023.

Located in Nivelles, Brasserie Lion is the first Belgian craft brewery to produce special organic beers in aluminium bottles. Founded by Alexis Brabant in 2014, joined by two other shareholders, the brewery has differentiated itself through its packaging and its unique positioning on the market.

The Brasserie de Bertinchamps, created by the Humblet family, is located in a historic building near Gembloux. Bertinchamps offers a range of varied beers, brewed with passion as well as a tasting table and a counter of Belgian and artisanal products.
