Avadis is a company specialised in the design of videoconferencing solutions, technical room furnishings and the installation of interactive screens for companies and training centres. 

This budding company, founded in 2011, is based in the Tournai West business park and has quickly developed into a leader in its field, notably by organising the Journées Techniques de l’Audiovisuel (JTAV). 

Avadis’ shareholders were aware of the challenges related to the rapid evolution of technology and wished to rely on a complementary partner, with a larger sales team, while maintaining the flexibility of their existing structure. 

FB Transmission assisted them in this process, which resulted in the sale, in late 2022, of all shares to Digitec Solution, based in Braine l’Alleud, a company active in digital services for businesses. 

The former shareholders will accompany the buyer over a long period to enable a smooth transition and maximum cooperation.
