We have exclusive mandates for the sale of SMEs throughout French-speaking Belgium. All our files are accompanied by recent figures and a presentation file.
The asking price is justified by a valuation based on mixed methods. We also strive to put in place the best takeover structure for the buyer by proposing a financial package that allows financing by a bank, with of course a reasonable down payment (“own effort”).
We also have all the necessary contacts with the banks as well as with the financing aid organisations (Invests, Sowalfin, Business Angels…) to help you.
Chèques Entreprises - Transmission
FB Transmission is a service provider approved in Wallonia by the Chèques Entreprises. The Chèque Transmission allows the buyer to be accompanied by our firm during the acquisition process of a target company, up to a maximum of 75%.
The guidance provided by our firm during the acquisition process consists of :
- Advising the buyer on the best takeover scenario
- Participating in meetings with the target’s managers and/or partners to establish their willingness to open negotiations on a sound basis.
- Assisting the buyer in the drafting of the file for the financing application and attending meetings with the financial institutions
- Preparing draft letters of intent, transfer agreements…
- Assist the buyer in all stages of negotiation, due diligence, drafting of contractual documents…
